Field Day Volunteers

Challenger’s annual Field Day is coming up on Friday, June 9th!

We are seeking volunteers to help us run the stations for this exciting event!  We appreciate all that you have done to help us this year, and would greatly appreciate volunteers for this special end of the year event that students look forward to.  This event happens during the school day in two different sessions (Grades K-2 & Grades 3-5).  There are many volunteer opportunities for this event like assisting at stations, setting up/taking down Field Day equipment and assisting with drinking water stations and filling water balloons.  The exact time of the two Field Day sessions is to be determined.  All volunteers must be cleared through the Issaquah School District background check prior to volunteering for Field Day.  Getting your volunteer application completed now can save a lot of heartache and panic as we near the day of the event.

Volunteer Clearance Information: If you plan to volunteer for this event, please consider getting your volunteer clearance completed now.  This volunteer clearance must be completed every school year and can take anywhere from 2-14 days for an approval.  Applying to volunteer does not mean approval to volunteer has been given.  You will receive your confirmation email from the district that you have been officially approved to volunteer this school year.
